Donor Recognition & Community Support

Recognizing generosity in a manner that reflects professionalism, accountability, and respect for public trust

Our Mission & Community Support

Our organization exists to support first responders and the communities they serve through rehabilitation, preparedness, and emergency support services. Community donations allow us to expand capability, improve readiness, and respond when local resources are stretched.

All operational decisions, deployments, partnerships, and representation are guided solely by our mission and safety standards. Donations do not influence response priority, operational authority, or organizational governance.

Our Approach to Donor Recognition

We recognize generosity in a manner that reflects professionalism, accountability, and respect for public trust.

Donor recognition:

  • Is provided as an expression of appreciation only
  • Does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or influence
  • Is non-commercial in nature
  • Is managed at the sole discretion of the organization

Recognition methods may evolve as the organization grows.

Annual Apparel Recognition Policy

Each calendar year, the organization may recognize up to three (3) top donors on select organizational apparel.

Important principles:

  • Recognition is annual and non-permanent
  • Donation amount alone does not guarantee apparel placement
  • Final selection is based on mission alignment, professionalism, and operational appropriateness
  • Placement, size, color, garment type, and duration are determined exclusively by the organization
  • Apparel represents the mission — not sponsors

Vehicle, Trailer, and Equipment Recognition

Names or logos displayed on response trailers, vehicles, or equipment:

  • Reflect appreciation only
  • Do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or operational authority
  • May be modified, rotated, or removed at any time

The organization retains full ownership and control of all assets regardless of donor recognition.

Homepage Recognition (Platinum Level)

Platinum supporters may be acknowledged on the organization's homepage in a limited, curated manner that maintains a mission-first appearance.

Homepage recognition:

  • Is professional and understated
  • Is reviewed annually
  • Does not imply endorsement or partnership
  • May be resized, rotated, or removed as the site evolves

Organizational Safeguards

  • Donations do not influence deployments, priorities, or partnerships
  • Recognition does not imply endorsement by or of any government agency
  • Recognition requests that conflict with mission, safety, or public trust may be declined
  • Recognition practices may change as operational needs evolve

Support strengthens our ability to serve — it does not direct it.
